Step into history as you enter your new office.
7 Brookes Avenue was built in 1928 in the Colonial Revival style.
It is an all-brick four-square house. Originally a private residence, it was used for many years as a doctor's office.
It is now informally known as "The Dr. Miller House" named after the former owner who practiced on the first floor and resided upstairs.
7 Brookes is located in the "Russell and Brookes Addition" section of Olde Town Gaithersburg.
The house maintains the charm of its original exterior although the standing-seam metal roof was recently replaced. The interior is upgraded but still preserves many characteristics of the original home such as radiators, original hardwood floors and natural wood stair rails.
